What is Music Therapy?

Samay is a music therapist, life coach, and psychotherapist. He is passionate about music and its impact as an integrative healthcare service. Having witnessed the psycho-physiological benefits of Music therapy on individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression. Samay began his work in Mumbai in the field of mental health, providing services to individuals and high-performing organisations. He believes everyone is trying to live their best life and achieve peak performance, and that’s what he's here to help them do. Currently, Samay enjoys working on a one-on-one basis with individuals as well as facilitating workshops for high-performing organisations.
