RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Definitions and key terms:
To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), every time any of the following terms are referenced in this Policy, these shall strictly have the meaning ascribed hereunder:
- Company: when this policy mentions "Company" or "we" or "us" or "our" or “Riansh”, it refers to Riansh Corporate Private Limited, a private limited company, registered under the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at Plot no. F-60, MIDC, Waluj, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, 431136, India, that is responsible for your information under this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
- You/Customer: refers to the company, organization, or person that signs up to use the Riansh Store website or Riansh User App service and buys/purchases products sold on Riansh Store website or Riansh User App.
- Device: refers to any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit the Riansh Store website or Riansh User App.
- Service: refers to the services provided by Riansh Corporate Private Limited.
- Website: Riansh Store’s website, which can be accessed via the URL: https://www.rianshstore.com and through Riansh User App.
- Return & Refund Policy:
Thanks for shopping at Riansh. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing products from our platform.
We at Riansh commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best available products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care and precision. We do this to ensure that you get the best quality with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose instock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. In such cases, you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won't get damaged during transit. However, please note that Riansh is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
You receive the same product as shown in the product images. We try our best to ensure that the product looks as much similar as possible to the real product. However, in case you are not satisfied with the product because of the difference in product image appearing on Riansh platform and the delivered product, we will not be able to issue you a refund. But in case of damaged products, we may issue a refund.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality customer care:
- Return request can be made within 30 days (effective from the date of purchase itself)
- We DO NOT allow Refunds given for any purchases made except for damaged goods, for products cancelled before dispatch and products returned within 30 days of placing order.
- We allow Exchanges of our products with respect to terms and conditions.
- We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers in that case.
You can only cancel the order(for standard products only) before we process it and dispatch it for shipping, and a refund can be processed in this case. Orders generally get dispatched the same day the order has been placed, so if you would like to cancel the order, please do it at the earliest accordingly.
- Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
- Cancellation will not be entertained in any other case except the case mentioned above in Section 4.
- “Made on Order” products are NOT eligible for cancellation.

- For “Made on Order” orders:
Made on Order are customized products made by the sellers on special requests from customers. Some specific terms apply to Made on Order products as they are manufactured as per specific customer needs. They are as follows:
- “Made on Order” products are NOT eligible for cancellation and returns except in case of specific terms and conditions mentioned below.
- An unboxing video has to be made mandatorily by the customers to process smooth returns and provided to us.
- Unboxing video includes, opening of the package in front of the camera showing the products’ damages or any other mishap in the same.
- Returns are available only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products. The unboxing video is mandatory for returns.
- In case of damaged, defective, or wrong “Made on Order” products, a return request can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Returns are NOT processed in the absence of unboxing video and the specifically mentioned conditions.
- Exchange services are not available on made on order products.
Shipping Charges has to be paid by the customer. Riansh is responsible for return shipping costs for the damaged products only. In the case of returns, the shipping charge is borne by Riansh.
- Product Availability and Limitations:
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, we may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. We reserve the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently learn that cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
- Your Consent:
By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and agree to all its terms.
- Changes to our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy:
We may update, amend or make changes to these terms so that they accurately reflect our up-to-date policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use our Service, you will be bound by the updated Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy, you may delete your account and stop using our platform.
